The Awards are organised and conferred by ABSIP, a lead advocate for inclusive growth and transformation in the financial services sector and the economy. The Awards aim to celebrate progress, success and exemplary leadership by both professionals and institutions.

The Awards’ categories are a recognition of the areas within the financial services sector that ABSIP currently believes hold importance in assessing and celebrating the pace of transformation. The annual ABSIP Financial Services Sector Awards are a confirmation of ABSIP’s dedication to transformation, as well as development and advancement of black professionals and black businesses in the financial services sector.
