Due to the Coronavirus being declared a national disaster, the normal cancellation clauses will not be applied. We will, therefore, commence the process of refunding conference payments made thus far. We will also consider crediting delegates for the 2020 conference should this be requested.

We understand the impact of the postponement on acquiring Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. In order to mitigate this impact, we will be increasing content on the eLearning platform as well as introducing virtual learning in the next few weeks.
