In March 2024, COVER, in collaboration with The Insurance Institute of the Western Cape (IIWC), successfully led an exploratory trip to Kenya and Rwanda. This mission aimed to deepen understanding of the insurance industries, foster relationships, and explore opportunities for collaboration. The trip allowed delegates to gain valuable insights into local innovations and regulatory environments, culminating in the creation of this white paper to be shared across the insurance sectors in Kenya, Rwanda, and South Africa.
