Entertainment Insurance industry hit hard by COVID pandemic

The events industry and the entertainment industry is one of the industries that was probably hit the hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic, because it's so directly linked to groups of people meeting and doing things together. With a knock-on affect, the Entertainment liability insurance industry was then also greatly impacted.

COVER caught up with Denise Hattingh, the MD of KEU underwriting managers to get her view on what they experience when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, what happened and what was triggered on their side.
