Indwe’s services go fully online in the North West Province

Indwe

Financial services company, Indwe Risk Services (Indwe), has announced that it will be taking its Potchefstroom branch fully online from 31 May 2022. The migration from brick and mortar to virtual forms part of the intermediary’s successful acceleration of its mobility and accessibility approach, in response to COVID-19 challenges.

This has enabled Indwe and its team to service clients who reside in the North West Province of South Africa, virtually. ‘’During the past two years, our strategic roadmap has been identifying how our clients and Indwe can best benefit from mobility,’’ saysPeter Olyott, CEO of Indwe. ‘’We are now in a position where we can deliver to our clients the same excellent service as before, but in a fully digital and seamless way,’’ says Olyott.

Indwe has always been progressive in pursuing the fast and furious pace of change in the wake of technological advances. Over the years, the intermediary has proactively positioned itself to ensure that it makes the best use of the technology available, to ensure that its client service and interaction remains seamless and as convenient as possible.

In future, Indwe’s virtual presence in Potchefstroom and its surrounds will allow clients to reach and engage with its teams seamlessly, via the same telephone numbers and email addresses as before. Where face-to-face meetings are required, the Indwe team will attend to the facilitation of these.

‘’In no way will the migration to a virtual branch affect our focus on service excellence or our ability to build long-term relationships with our clients. The advisors who call Potchefstroom home and that our clients have come to know and trust, will continue to assist with enquiries, amendments or other needs,’’ says Olyott. ‘’On the other hand, the successful implementation of this part of our strategy will enable us to expand our services to other parts of the North West cost effectively and quickly,’’ he says.

‘’Rest assured that existing policy cover, premiums, debit order arrangements and insurers remain unchanged. We look forward to being of service to our clients,’’ Olyott concludes.

Clients or policyholders who may have any further questions are encouraged to contact Indwe and send their queries to potch@indwe.co.za.
