MiWay has appointed Segomotsi Qomiso as Head of Learning and Development, effective 1 April 2021. Qomiso has nine years of experience in the learning and development field, and joins MiWay from Momentum Multiply, where she was Content Development and Knowledge Manager for four years.
Over the course of her career, she has gained invaluable experience in learning and development, complemented by a deep understanding of client centricity, particularly in the financial services sector. She is also proficient in facilitation, design (including authoring tools and learning management systems) as well as other training functions.

I am looking forward to playing my role in helping its people access the learning and development they need to keep their skills current,” Qomiso says. “The more innovative an industry or team is, the greater the support role that Learning and Development has to play, and I believe my experience and skills will prove to be an asset.”
