Price Forbes wins in UK

Price Forbes UK has won Insurance Broker of the Year at the Reactions London Market Awards which took place at the end of June 2016 at the Grange Hotel Tower Bridge, London.

The Reactions London Market Awards are an annual star-studded gala dinner event featuring the top talent and companies in London’s vibrant re/insurance market. It’s a chance for Reactions to reward those individuals, teams and companies that represent the brightest and best in the London market. The awards encompass direct and reinsurance, rewarding brokers and underwriters, as well as celebrating the leading service providers for the London market.

The awards follows an intensive selection programme, involving a survey and nominations process, followed by intense scrutiny by a top-level judging panel consisting of leading respected London market executives, to separate the best from the rest, and identify the sector’s star performers.

Finalists for the awards included AON, JLT, Lockton, Price Forbes and Willis.

The panel was pretty united in their belief that the market needs to praise it’s small and medium sized insurance brokers versus the very biggest organisations’. Of significance panelists singled out Price Forbes particularly as punching above its weight in terms of quality of service and market leading broking talent. This allowed Price Forbes to outdo bigger rivals. The judges stressed “that this was a broader win for the market, in the wider interest of a competitive London market’.

Winning the Reactions London Insurance Broker of the Year Award is public recognition of the value of the independent broker in a highly competitive market where innovation, commitment and skill at developing solutions to complex risks is the key differentiator. Our biggest asset are our people and this award recognizes the hard work our employees put into ensuring that Price Forbes delivers first class service to our clients around the world.
