My name is <strong>Kwanele Sibanda</strong> and I am a Masters student in Strategic Marketing at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. As part of my studies, I must undertake a research project, and I am investigating “The influence of service quality on perceived customer satisfaction and loyalty in South Africa's insurance sector” under the supervision of Dr Siphiwe Dlamini. The significance of the study will mainly be its contribution to the theoretical knowledge, while guiding marketing practitioners in the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty strategies for the retention of their customers within their speciality areas in services marketing.

As part of this project, I would like to invite you to take part in an online survey which will only take about 6 minutes. There will be no personal costs, disadvantages nor penalties to you resulting from your participation in this project, neither will there be any accrued direct benefits. You may withdraw at any time or not answer any question if you do not want to. The survey is completely confidential and anonymous as I will not be asking for your name or any identifying information, and the information you give to me will be held securely and not disclosed to anyone else. I will be using a pseudonym (false name) to represent your participation in my final research report.

The survey opened up today and will close on 22 May 2020, after which we will collate all the data and do a statistical representation of data and test some of the concepts and assumptions made.
