Two comments on the book so far:

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book so far (have not got to the end yet) as it contains valuable information such as terminology, stats, trends, business cases, examples and so much more.

It provides great context into many aspects that involve the business of Insurance. I particularly enjoy the process flows and graphic illustrations. There are so many touch points that I certainly believe that anyone who has a passion for Insurance will have hours, days, months and even years of reference points and literature in one comprehensive book.

If you aim to be a “professional” insurance practitioner I would advocate getting your hands on a copy of this book. It will give you a better understanding of the opportunities that exist in our profession.

Congratulations on your book – which I have just finished reading. I was expecting it to be ok 🙂 and am blown away by how good it is. Informative, well-written, interesting and covers a broad range of topics – most useful!
