The impact and flexibility of insurance technology

In the run up to our Insurtech 21 conference, taking place 27 & 28 July, we speak Tavio Roxo of Owls Software.

The aim of Insurtech 21 is to steer away from what we’ve done in the past, in focusing on specific technologies, but to rather look at the over-all impact of technology. As a technology person, his aim is to provide efficiencies, to provide tools for companies to do what they would like to do, but the more flexible you get with your technology, the more individualised you are able to be. We asked Tavio if he could tell us, from his perspective as a technology guy, if he thought that we are moving in a direction where eventually we will get so personalised, in terms of our risk ratings and underwriting, that we are going to exclude more and more people from being able to get insurance?

Listen to the interview below to see what he had to say:

We are proud to have Owls Software as our Insurtech 21 Conference headline sponsor.
