The New African Reinsurance Company (NCA Re) is a private reinsurance company by right Ivorian national country, created in Abidjan in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire on November 17, 2012. Its headquarters are in ABIDJAN in the Republic of Ivory Coast (Riviera Route d'ABATTA).

Endowed at the creation of a share capital of 7,000,000,000 FCFA (10,671,431 Euros) fully paid, it is increased to 11,136,519,140 FCFA (16,977,514 Euros) in 2018.

This capital is held mainly by Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, a Investment and Private Economic Operators, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Madagascar and Togo.

The Board of Directors is composed of ten (10) members representing:

• ⤑ Seven (07) insurance companies;
• ⤑ One (01) Reinsurance Company;
• ⤑ one (01) investment fund;
• ⤑ One (01) Chief Executive Officer.
