<p>We are looking for a person with 10 years’ experience in compliance / audit and with at least 5 years’ at senior management, with a proven track record of leading divisional / organisational excellence. The purpose of this role is to lead the group in terms of excellence in financial and non-financial compliance and audit across all business units. This person will be responsible for the strategic integration and management of the compliance-, audit- and risk management, ensure the development and implementation of systems and processes, monitoring, financial management, key-stakeholder engagement, and developing great people and empowered teams.</p>

<h3>Job Specification:</h3>

<ul><li>Develop a strategic annual budget</li><li>Manage the organisation, as per the approved annual budget</li><li>Ensure effective internal and external key-stakeholder engagements:</li><li>Ensure continuous improvement in terms business units’ customer satisfaction</li><li>Participate at MANCO level in setting an appropriate and integrated divisional tactical strategy</li><li>Design and implement an integrated Tactical Strategy for the compliance division, to ensure that the portfolio is executed</li><li>Oversee and ensure the development and implementation of the division’s Operational Plan</li><li>Ensure monthly MANCO reporting, including measurements, on the actual performance against the approved Tactical Strategy</li><li>Ensure the implementation and management of standardised processes within the compliance division</li><li>Ensure seamless and ongoing integration of workflow within the compliance division and between the business units</li><li>Ensure that the development of measurements to identify gaps in their processes, conduct root cause analysis of the gaps, propose agreed countermeasures, action plans are drafted and close-out the identified gaps</li><li>Accountable to keep abreast of all applicable regulatory, legislative, and industry requirements to consult, inform, update and lead the business units</li><li>Accountable for adherence to all relevant regulatory, legislative and industry requirements, policies and procedures</li><li>Accountable for the close-out of all relevant audit findings and assist business units with the close-out of all identified operational compliance </li><li>Accountable to lead excellence in Financial Services & Non-Financial Services’ operational compliance</li></ul>
