Are we future fit

Debbie Holroyd recently took part in our broker survey results discussion. She said that while reviewing the results, the question of being future fit came to mind and after some thought she came to the conclusion that being future fit means starting with the end in mind.

"What it means is just starting with an entirely different reference point, a different viewpoint. It is critical for us to look for trends and we see the trends that are currently in our market as part of a problem. Because if we see it as a problem it allows us to make better decisions to accelerate our way forward to true sustainability."
