Dawn Patterson: Artificial intelligence is a buzzword these days in online publications everywhere you look and listen. Everybody is talking about it. I think particularly within the insurtech space, where it really has become a hot topic. However, there is also quite a bit of fear around it as well.

Most people misunderstand what it means. They have visions of robots coming to take over everything that we do. So, it is an important topic to discuss and to educate and chat about so that it becomes more common.
