"Attracting and sustaining top class resources has changed a lot in the last couple of years." "There has been a divergence of talent, because of what we are doing in data and digital and those kind of exciting spaces, there is now potentially a lot more people coming in from outside the industry, and that is really exciting."

"Innovation doesn't mean you have to go and buy something to do something. The whole partnering ecosystem piece is becoming so important for insurers and for us."
