Women in leadership round table: Episode Two

Our Women in Leadership series, in partnership with Infiniti Insurance, focuses on the issues of women in leadership in South Africa. We started off the first episode with a discussion around the foundation stage. We looked at girls growing up becoming woman and the environment, the predisposition that they find themselves in. The fact that they enter the business road already on the back foot when you compared with young men entering, because young men are groomed, so to speak, by our society in the sense that they feel that they are going to be leaders.

In this second episode we talk to Sharon Paterson, CEO Infiniti Insurance and Carla Jordan CEO Emerald SA about their journeys to becoming the CEO's of their respective companies.
