Miway Insurance is pleased to announce the appointment of Sherry Sibeko as Executive Head for Personal Lines.

Sibeko joins Miway with over a decade of experience in the insurance sector, having held key leadership roles in sales, client services, and retentions. Most recently, she served as Operations Specialist: Commercial and Short-Term at OUTsurance, where she was responsible for multi-skilled team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and call centre operations.

Miway’s CEO, Burton Naicker, welcomed the appointment, stating: “Sherry brings a dynamic mix of leadership, industry expertise, and a real passion for delivering great customer experiences. She understands the evolving needs of policyholders and has a track record of driving meaningful change. Sibeko holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Reading (United Kingdom). Her expertise in strategic execution, underwriting quality frameworks, and leadership development makes her a strong asset to MiWay as the company continues to innovate and grow in the personal lines segment.
